Challenge
- Simplify tax preparation and collection while reducing fraud
- Expand a new system for issuing, receiving, validating, and storing electronic tax documents to all companies in Paraguay

- Created a modular environment using Red Hat OpenShift for rapid, iterative application development and delivery
- Used Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform to improve system performance and reliability for critical applications
